My name is Dwayne Castle and I founded Relationally Driven in late 2016, as a response to a work culture largely impacted by the societal breakdowns that affect the ability of people to connect with others in a healthy and productive manner.
With nearly 35 years combined experience in sales & service, leadership & training, military & law-enforcement, business, non-profits, stand-up comedy, and pastoral care, I’ve developed a unique perspective of people and an intentional approach that allows me to help individuals and teams to move beyond their perceived limitations and into personal and professional successes.
I published my first book, The Relationally Driven Approach, in January 2018 and have used that approach to coach individuals and to train employees and youth in connection with organizations such as Job & Family Services and Goodwill Industries. In 2019 I was contracted to use those principles to train youth mentors in all six school districts in Crawford County.
I’m a happily married to an amazing woman, and have two awesome daughters (& sons-in-law), as well as 5 grandchildren. I am an ordained minister, international missionary, and I’m working on my next book- tentatively titled The Relationally Driven Approach to Business.
